Clayton Preble President and Founder
Experience is important in any business, and particularily when offering quality innovative standby power generator solutions. The background and qualifications of management give important insights into the stability of a company. Here's a brief overview of the leadership of GenSpring Power®.
 
Clayton Preble is the president and founder of GenSpring Power Inc. Prior to forming GenSpring Power®, Clayton completed a distinguished 32 year career with Atlanta Gas Light Company and its parent, AGL Resources. During his career, Clayton served in numerous sales, marketing, management and senior executive positions with AGL. In these roles, Clayton not only gained extensive experience in management and the energy industry, but also closely followed the development of emerging gas technologies. The combination of experienced management, extensive knowledge of the energy industry, and a commitment to excellent customer service make GenSpring Power® a company that you can choose with confidence. Clayton and his wife Chris live in Jasper.
Since forming GenSpring Power®, Clayton has completed more than 500 hours in study and training in engine, generator and tranfer switch theory and operation.  In 2004, Clayton successfully completed the requirements to be certified as Master Service Technician.  The MST Exam, created and administered by Briggs & Stratton, is a comprehensive test where an engine technician must demonstrate  a thorough knowledge of air-cooled products including troubleshooting, 4-cycle engine theory, general knowledge, parts identification, warranty policies and procedures.

Glenn Preble Vice President & COO

Glenn Preble, vice president & COO, joined GenSpring Power in January 2005 and manages our metro Atlanta operations. A December 2004 graduate of the University of Georgia, Glenn brings added focus to serving the home building industry in the metro Atlanta market. Glenn is also graduate of Duluth High School and an Eagle Scout. Glenn has completed numerous Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, Eaton Cutler-Hammer and Generac schools covering generator theory, systems and engines.  Glenn is certified in the complete line of Briggs & Stratton, GE and Rheem systems, Eaton generators, Kohler residential systems up to 125kW, and Generac Guardian. Glenn and his wife Jackie live in Atlanta. 
 
Jackie Preble joined GenSpring Power in April. In her role, Jackie working on various strategic marketing initiatives.

Keith Thomas Service

Keith Thomas joined GenSpring Power in June 2007 as Service Technician. Keith is responsible for service in our North Georgia service area and assist Glenn in Atlanta when necessary. Keith has attended numerous engine and generator schools and is certified in Briggs & Stratton Home Generator Systems, GE Generator Systems, Rheem and Generac Guardian. Keith and his wife Josie, Clayton's neice, have 2 children and live in Jasper.
